GacoRoof Warranty

Gaco Western warrants that the GacoRoof Silicone Roof Coating will last 50 years on the surface it is applied to, subject to strict adherence to Gaco Western application instructions, and subject to Gaco Western recommended maintenance procedures. This warranty is limited to GacoRoof silicone roof coating only. If GacoRoof silicone roof coating does not meet the warranted standard, Gaco Western will replace GacoRoof silicone coating at no cost to purchaser. Proof of purchase required with original receipt. WARRANTY SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDES ALL LABOR OR COSTS OF LABOR, and ALL INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND. The GacoRoof limited warranty excludes abuse of installed roof coating in any way, including, but not limited to: pedestrian traffic, physical abuse, substrate failure, animal life, vandalism, and all natural disasters. The substrate GacoRoof silicone roof coating is applied to must be structurally sound and have a reasonable life expectancy prior to be being recoated with GacoRoof silicone. This warranty is void if GacoRoof silicone roof coating is painted, patched or covered over in any way with any product other than GacoRoof silicone. This 50-year limited warranty is not transferable to successive property owners. Gaco Western has no control over the variables involved during application of a GacoRoof silicone roof coating. Therefore, Gaco Western cannot guarantee results of the application. This includes, but is not limited to: appearance, watertight capabilities, and suitability of the substrate. Gaco Western offers no other express or implied warranties.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may have other rights, which vary from state to state.
